As a soon to be married couple, I would have to say working with Jennifer was a blessing. We know that we were demanding at time, but Jennifer never gave up looking and she never gave up providing us with knowledge and positive encouragement. If we were selling or buying a home I would ask Jennifer to be our agent. She is professional and thorough in every sense of the word. I know this because I watch her behind the scenes as she is advising her clients and making sure that the least little detail is taken care of. I know this because I am a "Home Stager" and I stage most of the houses that Jennifer lists on the market. When Jennifer sells a house she helps prepare it as if it were her own. I've noticed her open appliances and give them a last minute cleaning just so the house is seen in its' best possible light by prospective buyers. As a "Home Stager" my job is to notice the details and Jennifer is right there along with me as we work together to make a house shine. We both know that buyers will look in every closet and even inside of kitchen pantries and cabinets. I love staging homes for Jennifer! I like that Jennifer sets her clients up for success from the very start. Some realtors are in a rush to get the home on the market but Jennifer realizes that there are steps to be taken before the home is listed. The steps taken prior to the listing the home are most important. As a "Home Stager", I've gone into homes where these steps have not been followed and they are the homes that have languished on the market. Jennifer will do what it takes to get a home sold from the very start. Jennifer's professionalism doesn't stop with her clients she is respectful and courteous to everyone involved in helping to prepare her houses for sale, this includes tradesmenlike painters, carpenters, electricians and professional photographers.
